Meet Teresa, Our longest served customer. She has been part of the New Step Family (almost) since day 1. Meeting us first in San Antiono at the PFA conference way back in time...

We have a funny story about how she became our customer you'll have to ask her or I at the next conference.

July 27, 2025 Teresa decided that's all the feet this lady can take and decided it's time to relax.

Our staff decided we needed to put something togerther to help celebrate her retirement. We've been so blessed to have worked with her and her staff for many years. We definitely will miss our phone conversations. Truly an amazing lady.
