It’s easy to let our insecurities quietly run the show, influencing how we show up, what we say, what we hide, and even what we believe about ourself.
But WHAT IF we got intentional about managing our insecurities? Instead of fighting or ignoring them, we practiced pause and curiousity around those parts of ourself that can keep us from our full potential.
Insecurities aren’t proof that something’s wrong with us- they are invitations to look deeper within and offer ourself understanding and healing, instead of judgment and abandonment.
