Meet Cindee, our Employee of the Month and Activity Aide at BRIA of Mascoutah! ⭐️

Cindee enjoys being an Activity Aide and believes it plays such an important role in our residents' lives. Before joining five years ago, she worked as a caregiver for 15 years and saw firsthand how meaningful it is to keep residents mentally engaged and stimulated.

She adds, “BRIA has truly been the best place to work—my supervisor, Tasha, is an excellent leader who make it easy to do my job and feel supported.”

Way to go Cindee! Thank you for everything you do to keep things fun and engaging! 💙
