The Fit Feet Workshop
The first in a series of seminars designed to educate you on improving your strength and function from the ground up.
-Learn ways to reduce foot and lower body pain.
-Improve performance (in everything from running to walking to weight lifting)
-Gain greater mobility, increased stability and all-around strength
Who’s this workshop for?
•You’ve been living with lower body / foot / ankle aches and pains that limit your running or workouts or keep you from doing things you enjoy.
•You have a history of bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, flat feet, hammertoes, shin splints, knee-pain, ankle sprains, Achilles tendinitis, neuropathy, or balance issues.
•You’re looking for a new way to improve your athletic performance and want to learn more about unlocking the potential of your feet.
•You just want to feel more stable while walking or working out and have better control over how you move.
What to expect
•You’ll learn about the anatomy and how it contributes to natural foot function as well as common problems/injuries.
•There will be hands on assessment of your foot and ankle mobility, posture, balance and any faults.
•Much of our time will be interactive where you’ll learn more about how your feet function specifically and what you can do to train them to support you best so be prepared to be barefoot and your body ready to move.
•We will talk about foot friendly shoes and products and as a bonus you’ll each receive foot health tools to use during the workshop and to take home so you can begin your fit feet journey.

Amy has been a practicing physical therapist with over 25 year’s experience. She enjoys working with patients recovering from injury and illness as well as athletes looking to improve their performance within the CrossFit community.
