Why It Works Wednesday

Pain, stiffness, or deconditioning can change how people move during activity. Your physical therapist assesses patterns to guide care focused on comfort and tolerance.
✅ Tip: The goal is easier movement, not perfect form.

Ankle pain can start in many ways. You might roll your ankle playing sports, feel stiffness from arthritis, or notice aching that builds slowly from tendon irritation.

Update: Out of an abundance of caution for our staff and patients, Cape Cod Rehab will remain closed today.

Safety continues to be our top priority as road conditions and cleanup efforts continue throughout the area.

02/23/2026

Due to the severity of the storm and ongoing cleanup efforts, Cape Cod Rehab will plan to open at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Tuesday, 2/24.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority, and we want to allow adequate time for safe travel and snow removal.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please travel carefully, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow afternoon.

Thank you
