It's Thanksgiving Week. A time when we reflect on all that we have to be thankful for. But what if we could learn to flex that GRATITUDE muscle all year! Studies show that the more GRATITUDE you show, more good things come your way for you to be grateful for. This is because when you show gratitude, you are taking the time to notice things, big and small, that bring you joy. When you notice joy, you start to look for, and find it, in everyday things that you might otherwise overlook or neglect.
So let this week be the beginning of a new ritual - taking time every day to acknowledge with GRATITUDE someone or something. Thank the people around you for the little things they do. Say a silent prayer/blessing of GRATITUDE for the beauty in nature. Remember, the more GRATITUDE you express, the more you will notice all you have to be thankful for - not just this week, but always.🩷
