Proper handwashing: Wet your hands, lather with soap, and scrub for 20โ€“30 seconds (hum โ€œHappy Birthdayโ€ twice!). Rinse, dry, and turn off the faucet with a paper towel. Using hand sanitizer? Make sure itโ€™s at least 60% alcohol and rub until dry.
