We're excited to highlight a newly created role that reflects our commitment to exceptional dementia care-our Staff Development Dementia Specialist.

Kim Horn, our Staff Development Dementia Specialist, brings more than 20 years of long-term care experience to the role and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In this unique position, Kim supports both residents and team members by providing specialized education, mentorship, and guidance in person-centered dementia care. Serving across both our campuses, Kim helps ensure our staff feel confident and equipped while residents experiencing cognitive changes receive compassionate, dignified support.

We’re grateful for Kim’s leadership as we continue helping older adults live joyful and purposeful lives in our faith-filled communities!
