CCI - COI We are a family owned business that has been around for 27 years. We provide care and resources for (COI/Options) and Community Concepts, Inc.

Full Range of Support for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Ohio

The Community Options, Inc. (CCI/Concepts) administration building is strategically located in southwest Ohio within the City of Mason. The ownership and management of both agencies are the same, and together offer a broad spectrum of services for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout southern Ohio. The required credentials and funding are what set the agencies apart. LEADING THE WAY WITH A BROAD SPECTRUM OF SERVICES:

Options is a certified residential, vocational, and transportation agency. Services Include:
- COI Residential Services
(IO Waiver, Level One Waiver, Supported Living)
- Non-Medical Transportation Services
- Adult Day Programs
- Specialized Services
Our OPTIONS are plentiful. Concepts is a licensed and certified residential ICF/IID agency. Services Include:
- CCI Residential Services (ICF/IID)
- Individualized Habilitation & Programming
- Comprehensive Care
- Behavioral Supports

COIC- Happy Activity Professionals week to 3 very creative curriculum staff at COIC. They coordinate & provide all the fun that we have at Connected. Planning field days, dances, lesson plans, crafts, games, Tasty Tuesdays, Wacky Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursdays, Turkey Trots, Mellow Mondays, Face painting, nails and grooming days, organizing This Ability Collective and so much more. COIC- Some other snow day activities that were done over the past few days. Some valentine crafts, tabletop games and one home even brought the snow inside and made mini snowmen. Such a fun idea. There is enough snow for all the homes to do that activity everyday for at least the rest of this week.😁

COIC - our Move & Groove group did this science experiment last week. They put vinegar in bottle and baking soda in balloon. When we put balloon over the top, they shook the bottle, the baking soda and vinegar mixed and the balloon blew up.
