We have kids and OT’s with the best ideas! Our new and larger space in our Mason location is too clinical/drab/boring/sterile. 🤨 We will be getting the extra special colorful touches from Sarah Sprague Artist to make the space warm and welcoming. Until then, one of our kids and his OT had the idea to created a design idea for us. 😍

HALLOWEEN SPIDER WEB ACTIVITY GIVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAINT ON A VERTICAL SURFACE USING TAPE AND CARDBOARD

Writing on a vertical surface improves shoulder stability, wrist extension and pencil grasp. Vertical surface writing naturally puts the wrist in an extended position which encourages better pencil grasp and fine motor control when using a pencil or in this case a paint brush!

We’re slowly getting ready to transition to a bigger space in our Mason office. Cleaning out the cupboards, we found some exciting “new” activities. Pretend ice cream fun for our buddy today. His smile says it all! 😁 Love you, buddy!
