I bought a s**t ton of shiitake mushrooms this week… Then wondered what am I gonna do with all of them? Just so happens. I had lots of other vegetables I needed to use such as cauliflower and cabbage. So! I riced the cauliflower and mushrooms and sautéed them with extra-virgin olive oil and water with some seasoned salt. Remove from heat then sautéed this beautiful Asian cabbage with a tiny bit of oil then serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and some chopped pistachios… It is incredibly delicious and filling and is making me very happy right now. Just wanted to share some inspiration for all those gorgeous Farm Market finds ❤️❤️❤️
