Reini is a certified Classical Pilates instructor, trained through Power Pilates under Julie Cordier, who studied with renowned Pilates legends such as Kathi Ross-Nash, Jay Grimes, and Bob Liekens.

She teaches Classical Pilates workouts that focus on pain management, posture alignment, and core strength for all fitness levels. Her goal is to help clients move with control, build strength from the inside out, and leave each session feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to their bodies.

Reini has worked with clients managing back pain, neck injuries, and chronic conditions. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to meet each individual where they are and support them in feeling their best. Reini will be teaching the classical Pilates reformer class with the beginner series. This is a traditional ordered set of foundational reformer exercises taught in Joesph Pilates classical repertoire. (SHE IS TEACHING FRIDAYS AT 5pm)
