Not all signs of ADHD are obvious. If some of these behaviors feel familiar, it may be time to talk with someone who understands.

🏥 Foundation work for the Medical Office Building is expected to finish in the next few weeks, with structural steel arriving in preparation for steel er****on planned for late March.

♿️ Installation of accessible parking spaces near the main entrance is expected over the next few weeks. The new lot is on track for completion by May, depending on weather and asphalt availability.

Health doesn’t have a single look.

For many of us, we’ve been taught to equate “healthy” with being thin— but true health is about nourishment, energy, strength, and how you feel in your body and mind.

Shifting your perspective can take time. Focus on what your body needs, what helps you feel supported, and the habits that make daily life more manageable—not a number on a scale.

During Eating Disorders Awareness Week, take a moment to check in with your child. If you notice changes in their relationship with food, start a conversation and help them seek support early. Small observations today can lead to big changes tomorrow.

02/26/2026

Eating disorders have one of the highest mortality rates among psychiatric illnesses, and too many people go without care. With increased awareness, open conversations, and access to treatment, recovery is possible.

Our experienced, compassionate clinical team is here to support you on that journey. If you or someone you love is struggling, reach out to Lindner Center of Hope to take the first step. Call 513-536-4673.

If dieting feels much harder than it “should,” it’s not a lack of willpower. It’s biology.

When you restrict food, your body responds the way it was designed to, not to make modern weight loss easy. Understanding this can help shift thinking from self-blame to self-compassion — and toward a more sustainable relationship with food.
