We move slowly through poses, sometimes flowing with the breath 🌬️, sometimes pausing to truly listen and feel. Each class honors your body with gentle movement and spacious stillness, meeting you exactly where you are 🤍 with supportive options throughout.
We begin with meditation to settle the mind and guide awareness inward, and close with Savasana, sometimes in a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra 🌙
What is Yoga Nidra?
Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced while resting comfortably. You remain gently aware as your body deeply relaxes — calming the nervous system, easing tension, and inviting clarity and renewal ✨
We end with a soft invitation to carry your peaceful, calm, loving nature into the rest of your day 💛
