I have always been a very athletic person and was a gymnast and dancer from the time I was 5 and continued on into my early 20's. I have always belonged to gyms and worked out on a daily basis my whole life. Towards the end of 2015, I moved from LI to Wilmington, NC. It was in Wilmington where Yoga and I found each other. Yoga has taken me on an amazing, beautiful, mind opening journey. I received my 200 hour Yoga certification from BeUnlimited Yoga. The history and beauty of Yoga, not to mention the health benefits it has for an individuals, mind, body and soul is a tradition that is so very old and is still changing lives today. I look forward to sharing my passion for Yoga with all those that are looking to change their lives in a positive way and to join me on the path and journey that Yoga has taken me on.
