We are deeply grateful to feed and care for more than 50 families in our community due to the generosity and kindness of our partners!
It is remarkable and humbling that the groups below step up to ensure that where there is need in our community, there is compassion and relief.

-Take Me Out to the Ballgame Foundation, supplying all the turkeys and hams
-Boy-scout Pack 590 who made 13 meal boxes with gift cards
-MSD Culinary Classes who made delicious pumpkin bread with flour donated by King Arthur Bakery
-YES Clerical Team who made beautiful baskets
-The Unqua Student Council and school community, East Lake, Fairfield, and Massapequa High School Community, and the
Massapequa Chamber of Commerce who provided very generous donations to stock our pantries
-The Massapequa Kiwanis Club that provided food gift cards
-And last but not least, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that generously supports our food pantry and relief to our families in crisis.

Because of their efforts and the generosity of the Unqua Community, YES’ pantry can offer what families need most, including breakfast cereal, snacks, and cleaning products! YES invites you to join us for our Hope for the Holidays Remembrance Ceremony to honor loved ones lost to substance misuse. The holidays can be especially difficult when grieving the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, it can be healing to feel supported by others who understand.

We offer this ceremony as a way to provide comfort, peace, and hope as you navigate the holiday season.
