Everyone loves a good sound bath…
laying down, relaxing, zoning out, all the vibes

But sound healing can go a lot deeper than that

Most people are familiar with crystal bowls
they’re lighter, higher frequency, really calming for the mind and nervous system

Tibetan brass bowls are different
They have a heavier, more complex tone that you don’t just hear… you feel the vibration travels through the body, helping shift tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into a deeper state of rest

Running a business apparently means you end up with a whole extra phone just for social media. Did not know that was a thing, but here we are.

So this phone is basically all Emerge. Classes, sessions, random moments, people, everything.

The other day it made one of those “memory” videos, just pulling clips together automatically. I almost skipped it, but I watched… and it actually stopped me.

Not because of all the different services we offer (although there are a lot, and that’s intentional). Holistic, to us, means creating something that supports people in a lot of different ways, not just one.

But what really stood out was the people.
So many different faces. So many moments of connection, growth, healing, laughter. You can feel the community just watching it back.

It was a good reminder that everything we’ve built here isn’t just about what we offer (although I personally believe it’s all fantastic). It’s about the people who walk through the door and what gets created together.

Didn’t expect a good old iPhone to be that reminder, but any moment to stop in gratitude, I’ll take it.

We were just trying to see if this would work…
and somehow ended up fully jamming, dancing, and hanging in aerial hammocks like this was completely normal 😅

Like… drums, dancing, mid-air… all at the same time no real plan, just vibes

And then the best part is how it all shifts
You go from that energy, laughing, moving, letting everything out… straight into a floating sound bath where you just melt

It’s the best kind of contrast drum it out, dance it out, then land in a cocoon

Very chaos into calm, yang into yin and it actually works way better than it should

In yoga, we talk about sense withdrawal… turning inward so the nervous system can settle and the mind can access deeper awareness.

Most practices do that by removing stimulation.
This does the opposite.

You’re in a fully immersive environment with light, sound, and visuals… and instead of pulling away from your senses, you become more aware of them while your body drops into a deeply relaxed state.

It creates that in-between space where you’re not asleep, but not fully alert either… where things start to shift, process, and integrate in a different way.

It’s moving toward meditation, but more experiential. More engaging.
And for a lot of people, easier to access.

If you’re interested in nervous system work, or just want to experience something that feels different from anything you’ve tried before, this is worth stepping into.

The biggest lesson we’ve learned in business?

Find someone who is better than you at the things you don’t want to do… and trust them fully

You really can’t beat that

Also just to be clear, we’re not just “the faces” of Emerge
We’re in the treatment rooms, teaching classes, running trainings and answering emails at 11pm

Some days we’re behind the scenes
