Suitable for all levels, this is an invitation to simply be in the presence of this sacred seasonal shift.

Join Sydney for a deeply nourishing 90-minute restorative yoga practice, a gentle journey into stillness and rest. As you are held in each pose, allowing your physical body to fully surrender, Sydney will offer individual Reiki, channeling universal life force energy.
