The New Year invites us to pause, listen, and choose how we want to move forward. In this Vin to Yin practice, we’ll begin with slow, intentional vinyasa to awaken the body and connect to breath, then transition into long-held yin poses that encourage surrender, presence, and inner clarity. This class offers space to let go of what no longer serves and plant seeds for the year ahead.
