Let’s clear up the confusion. 👇

Gluten is a natural protein found in grains like wheat, rye, and barley. While it’s essential to avoid gluten if you have Celiac disease or a diagnosed sensitivity, there’s no evidence that going gluten-free is healthier for the general population.

In fact:
🚫 Many gluten-free products are less fortified with vitamins and minerals
🥖 Gluten-containing foods often provide important nutrients and fiber
💡 Going gluten-free without medical need may actually limit your diet unnecessarily
