House Bill 276—the Ohio 340B Pharmacy Access Act—helps protect patients and Community Health Centers by preserving access to discounted medications that support seniors, working families, and people managing chronic conditions.

Due to inclement weather, all of our health centers will be closed Monday January 26. Please be safe if you need to go out, and we appreciate your understanding.

You can stop by the Shorb Market at 603 Shorb Ave. today for some delicious chili on this cold winter day. Just a reminder that every Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. we’re serving up a hot meal at for all neighbors and all people.

Groceries are available for pickup from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Friday.

Due to the possibility of inclement weather, Lifecare may be closed Monday January 26 for the safety of our patients and staff.

We are monitoring conditions closely and will make a final decision by Sunday evening. An update will be posted here as soon as that decision is made.
If closure is necessary, patients with scheduled appointments will be contacted directly.
