Ok,
I want to answer a few questions I've received about this transformation challenge.
1. Do I have to be local to enter this contest?
- Answer - NO, you do not have to be local. This is a virtual contest.
I will have all correspondence with you the same way I do with %99 of my clients... Email, Facebook Messenger, and text messages.
2. When will this challenge begin?
- Answer - I'd like to have everyone up and running on July 1st! IF there's enough interest. If there's not, then I will still honor the rate to everyone that is interested. The rate I'm giving all entrants for this challenge is drastically discounted from my regular fees!
3. Are the meal plans and workouts really custom to each individual?
- Answer - ABSOLOUTELY! I do not believe in cookie cutter programs! Everyone is different and should be handled accordingly. I give everyone an in-depth questionnaire to fill out and base their programs on that info. We take into account a lot of different variables when creating a custom plan. Also, if you absolutely despise certain foods, I will not have those on your plan! That is a recipe for failure every time! I'll have you eating foods that you're already eating and enjoy! Also, since certain foods will interact with medications, I do my homework to make sure your foods aren't interfering with your meds! Workouts will be based on your several factors as well. Such as your experience, activity level, injuries, health problems, etc...
4. What if I do not know how to do certain exercises?
- Answer - I will send you videos for any exercise you need clarification on.
5. Is this a weight loss challenge?
- Answer - Absolutely not! This is a transformation challenge. I work with clients that have differing goals and needs. If you're looking to pack on some muscle, we can do that for you! If your goal is to lose as much bodyfat as possible, we got you there too! It doesn't matter what your goal is, we got you!
I hope this clears up any confusion and gives a better idea of what this challenge consists of. If anyone has any additional questions, please feel free to reach out!
