💖 This video is of my client Jackie who is 81 years old. In this video she is doing core work on the Cadillac; Flat Back with a Rotation. Jackie is doing a wonderful job maintaining stillness in her lower body while engaging her core to move her upper body with control. She has been coming to Core Essentials for almost 17 years. Over the years she has had multiple surgeries and had even been in a car accident. She knows that she needs to keep up with her Pilates routine to maintain strength, flexibility and work on balance. In her spare time Jackie loves to garden, make food, practice yoga and also works a couple days a week. Way to go Jackie! Keep up your feisty spirit!✨

✨ This is my Pilates client Athena. She has been coming to Core Essentials Pilates Studio for a little over 16 years. Just about as long as the studio has been open. She is strong, mighty and determined. She has great shoulder blade stabilization ( shoulders are not lifting toward her ears 👍)as she performs the exercises on the chair, strong arms holding her body stable and a strong core as she lifts & lowers her legs, twists her lower body and as she opens & closes her legs. Amazing!!!!! Keep up the great work!💖
