We spent the weekend submerged in the frequency of Love. We continued to bring that energy onto the mat with our Sunday Soul Love. Tending to the wounds of our younger selves and giving our bodies permission to release what no longer serves us.

We go deeper.

The heart doesn't just beat; it radiates. ❤️
​Today, our studio was blushing in shades of pink and red, but the real glow came from within.

In yoga, we often speak of Anahata—the heart chakra—as a place of "unstruck" sound and infinite compassion.

​This morning’s Yoga and Latin Dance Fit Pilates classes were a beautiful reminder that love isn’t just something we give away; it’s a vibration we carry for every version of ourselves—past, present, and becoming 💗
