You wanna feel the BURN?! HOLY SHHH! This one does it!!
TIPS
-Hands on the seat of the chair
-grab a ball from the kids room, a pillow, or something with a little "give" to squeeze
-belly button to the spine for support
-then move the knee around in a circle for 5, then reverse it for 5
-you may have to take a break between sets. I usually recommend 3 sets slowly building your way up to 10-20 each rotation. You'll thank me come the holidays!!
