Mary’s recovery is a true testament to strength, determination, and compassionate care. 🌟

After a serious fall and surgery, she chose Meadowbrook for her rehab — returning to the place she trusted 10 years ago. With support from our Nursing and Therapy teams, she’s back on her feet again.

Our residents spent the day crafting festive Santa door wreaths — a cheerful afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, and holiday spirit.

A big thank-you to Embracing Hospice for sponsoring the activity and bringing so much joy to Meadowbrook with their warmth and kindness.

Meet Daniel! While coaching his daughter’s soccer team, Daniel took a hard fall that resulted in a dislocated ankle. After undergoing surgery, he came to Meadowbrook to begin his rehabilitation journey.

Over the past four weeks, Daniel has worked hard with our therapy team to regain his strength, mobility, and confidence. Today, he’s walking again and ready to head home!

Daniel shared, “I’m able to walk now, which I wasn’t able to do when I first came in. I want to thank Meadowbrook for helping me out and getting me everything that I needed.”

We’re so proud of your progress, Daniel! Congratulations on your recovery, and best of luck as you get back to doing what you love.
