An Eye to the Future is looking for a new team member to operate our front desk. Must have a great personality and attitude with a knack for dealing with people in a pleasant manner. Multi-tasking is a must! Duties include but are not limited to appointment scheduling, greeting patients, checking in and checking out patients after their appointments, and verifying insurance. Experience in eye care, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance strongly preferred- extra plus if familiar with officemate/examwriter ehr! Must be available to work until 7 PM Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday mornings until 1 pm. We are looking for approximately 30-40 hours per week.
