New Point Life Services is urgently seeking a Medical Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Mathews, VA.

In this role, you’ll:
✔️ Coordinate and schedule specialty care for individuals with developmental disabilities
✔️ Keep everything running smoothly with strong organization and communication
✔️ Make a real difference in ensuring people get the care they need, when they need it

* Certified Medical Assistant preferred

Darryl brings energy and consistency to New Point Life Services. Whether he’s out and about with the individuals, cooking up group meals, or showing up with heart, he leads by example. 🌟 CELEBRATING ALL OUR DSPs THIS WEEK 🌟

At New Point Life Services, we are proud to be surrounded by a team of exceptional Direct Support Professionals. Every single DSP on our team brings heart, patience, and purpose to the lives of those we serve and this week, we’re celebrating ALL of you.

Throughout DSP Week, we’ll be shining a light on just a few individuals whose stories were featured in Gloucester Living Magazine. These spotlights are not meant to highlight one person more than another, but rather to represent the powerful work being done across all of our homes and programs day in and day out.

Today, we’re honoring Shelly Forrest. She’s worked with us for 13 years and is part of the team at our Hacienda house. Shelly supports six men with developmental disabilities and helps them start each day with care and respect. She’s great at understanding what people need even without them expressing it through words and she always shows love through her actions.

Shelly’s story reminds us how important our DSPs are. And even if your name isn’t in a magazine, your work matters just as much.

We appreciate you all, thank you for the heart you bring to New Point every day. 💛

🎉 DSP Week is Here! 🎉

At New Point Life Services, we’re celebrating the amazing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who help others live full, happy, and independent lives 💙

Every day, our DSPs:
✅ Help people make their own choices
✅ Support people in doing things they enjoy
✅ Make sure they feel safe, respected, and included
✅ Encourage them to be part of their community
✅ Help with things like cooking, shopping, fun outings, and more!

Our DSPs don’t just do things for people, they do things with people, helping them live the life they want.

This week, we’re saying a BIG thank you to our team for the heart, patience, and care they bring every single day.
