Mattapan Community Health Center MCHC is the only community health center in Mattapan and Hyde Park, and is the largest employer in Mattapan.

Mattapan Community Health Center (MCHC) is a comprehensive health delivery organization serving individuals and families primarily from the Boston neighborhoods of Mattapan, Dorchester, Roxbury, and Hyde Park since 1972. It is a federally qualified health center that is independently licensed by the MA Department of Public Health and is recognized by The American Diabetes Association for excellence in diabetes care. The Health Center is led by a diverse and dedicated Board of Directors, a seasoned senior leadership team and other staff members, who represents the communities served. MCHC is a founding partner of Boston HealthNet, and is affiliated with Boston Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Partners HealthCare.

Please complete this form by Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 to be considered for our Outdoor Adventure Summer Camp. As we have a limited number of spots, completing this application does not mean you are guaranteed a spot. Once the application closes on 3/27, Youth Enrichment Services will be in contact with you via email that same business week to let you know if you have been accepted into summer camp for the 2024 season. Priority will be given to youth from income-eligible families, target neighborhoods, and previous program participation. The health center continues its quest to ensure that all female patients 40 and over schedule an annual mammogram screening. Early detection has been proven to be the best form of prevention.
