💫 Teacher Spotlight: Shawn Sweet 💫

If you’ve ever taken one of Shawn’s classes, you know the name fits — she really is the sweetest mix of energy, experience, and inspiration. 🍯✨

A former dancer turned wellness powerhouse, Shawn first started teaching aerobics back in the early ’90s (hello, leg warmers 👋) and never stopped moving since. She’s racked up certifications in just about everything — Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba, Life Coaching, Vegan Nutrition, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, EFT, Sound Healing, and Health & Wellness.

Shawn’s superpower? Helping you fall in love with taking care of yourself — body, mind, and spirit.

Her motto says it all:
