Thank you so much Sensei Cameran for coming and teaching us some self defense skills with the art of karate! 🥋 🤜

We learned how to properly throw a punch, proper form, and the art of discipline 🙌 most importantly we learned the number one method of self defense: walking away from a threat when possible 💪
