Today we celebrate International
Women’s Day by honoring the incredible leadership and impact of our very own owner, Sharon Allen Johnson.

Sharon continues to be a powerful example of what women can achieve through vision, leadership, and service to the community. Her accomplishments include:
• Past President of the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce
• Named one of Charlotte’s 50 Most Influential Women
• Author of the book The Business of You
• Founder and leader of H&S Therapeutic Services

Through her leadership, Sharon has helped build an organization focused on serving families, empowering communities, and expanding access to care across our region.

Today we celebrate not only her achievements, but the example she sets for the next generation of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to come. We also celebrate all the other phenomenal women that making a impact through their work and service.

Our team participated in CPR and First-Aid training led by our instructor, Hakim Johnson, equipping our staff with the hands-on skills and confidence needed to respond in critical moments.

The response from community leaders, case managers, and families has been overwhelming—in the best way. With enrollment already nearing capacity before day one, it’s clear this program is meeting a critical need in our community.

Our team is honored to provide supportive, trauma-informed after-school services that empower children and strengthen families—right within the neighborhoods we serve.
