This cozy bowl is my current fall favorite, full of flavors that keep me grounded and energized all day long.

Here’s what’s inside:
Coconut oil, toasted spices (cinnamon, mustard & cumin seeds), onion, carrot, celery, your choice of chicken, tofu or shrimp, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, rich coconut cream, warming Indian spices, and fresh coriander. 🌶️🥥🌿
