Dry January is in full swing, and as the trend continues to gain momentum, Windsor Run, is raising the bar—literally—with chef-crafted, zero-proof recipes that bring people together in a fresh, flavorful way.

Throughout January, residents are enjoying mocktails and alcohol-free recipes made with fresh ingredients, seasonal flavors, and a focus on wellness. These aren’t your average “skip the booze” drinks—they’re vibrant, creative, and designed to make Dry January feel like a celebration, not a sacrifice.

Every Tuesday in the Tavern 1879 at Windsor Run, residents enjoy Tavern Tuesday, where they toast to good health.

Some of the most popular recipes this month include:
• Shirley Temple- 3 muddled cherries, 1.5oz grenadine, 1oz lime juice, sprite until the class is full. Garnished with a lime and cherry

• Berry Lemon Drop Martini- 7 blueberries and 1 strawberry muddled, 1.5oz lemon juice, 1.5 oz simple syrup, 2oz water. Garnished with a lime wedge

• Strawberry Mojito- 3 strawberries muddled, 5 mint leaves, 0.5oz lime juice, 0.5oz simple syrup topped with sprite

The Windsor Run resident-run “A Little More Loving” Group, consisting of Teddy Bear Hunters and Boomer Loomers, brought smiles to children all over the Charlotte area during the holidays. The groups collected over 389 teddy bears and donated them to local organizations. They also collected and donated more than 35 warm hats to local schools.
