Pettibon Y-Pull adjustment is a gentle, controlled traction technique that helps decompress the spine from top to bottom. By applying a steady pull along the Y-axis, it creates space between the joints reduces pressure and improves overall motion in the neck and back. Dr. Park is proud to be one of the doctors who learned this technique directly from Dr. Burl Pettibon himself, the founder of the Pettibon system. Before Dr. Pettibon passed, he personally taught Dr. Park an even discussed variations that many chiropractors still use today.
