My name is Charles. I am an Athlete, Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. My goal is to bring the best customized Massage and Bodywork Therapy to athletes and active people to help them avoid injury, enhance their performance, and speed up recovery from hard efforts. As an Athlete the qualities I look for in a Massage Therapist are strong evaluation skills, attention to detail, and an ability to establish a strategy that will help me continue to perform my best.
I have worked with runners, cyclists, basketball players, tennis players, golfers, baseball players, volleyball players, and people who have hiked the Appalalachian Trail. No two massages have ever been exactly the same. The value in service is not in the immediate fix, but a process that will serve my clients in the long run.
