Tips & Answers: Enas Shakkour Wilker-Registered Dietitian Nutrition Information You Can Trust There is plenty of nutrition "information" on the internet that is not based on scientific research.

People are confused as to what is true and what is not. Be assured that information given by a registered dietitian (RD) is valid. A registered dietitian has completed course work approved by the Academy's Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics, completed an accredited, supervised, experiential practice program, passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and completed continuing professional educational requirements to maintain registration. Enas Shakkour Wilker is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian. She has a Masters in Human Nutrition and a Bachelors in Clinical Health/Pre-Med. She is currently a nutrition consultant at My Diabetes Dietitian. Enas has a passion for helping people live healthy lives, and she enjoys teaching and public speaking.
