The holidays can bring joy for some—and heartache for others.
If you’re walking through infertility, this season can feel especially heavy. Between family gatherings, holiday commercials, invasive questions, and pregnancy announcements, it can be hard to show up with a full heart.

You don’t have to walk through it alone. 💛

Join our free virtual infertility support group, Infertility Through the Holidays, and find space to share, process, and be supported by others who understand.

Great explanation of maternal rage from PSI.

Maternal Rage is characterized by triggers highlighting violated expectations and unmet needs leading to feeling on edge, to the point where anger explodes outward or is suppressed inward. When the anger is expressed outward, the mother can feel shame and guilt, but the anger also acts as a catalyst for change. When the anger is suppressed inward, the mother feels increased resentment, more feelings of being on edge, and there is no outward signal that they need more support.

Maternal rage is more common than we think! You are not alone, and help is available.
