This season is all about joy, connection, and community across Thompson. 🎄✨

From our education and recreation staff coordinating gingerbread house builds and cookie decorating with our youth, to our in-home and outpatient teams coming together for a fun night of team building at Splatter Charlotte, and generous community partners helping make the holidays brighter this season is all about creating lasting memories.

We’re grateful for our incredible team and the families we serve as we celebrate together across all of Thompson. 💜

From growth and new opportunities to the real, lasting impact we’ve been able to make in our community, this year reminded us why we do what we do. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our team, the support of our partners, and the trust of those we serve.

Last week Mark Fi**en Ford generously hosted a toy drive that truly made a difference in our community. Thanks to the incredible support from everyone who stopped by, donations poured in and helped fill a Ford truck from top to bottom with toys and gifts. These donations will directly benefit the kids at Thompson, helping bring joy, comfort, and smiles during the holiday season.

We are so grateful to Mark Fi**en Ford and every individual who contributed their time, generosity, and kindness to make this toy drive a success. 💜

This holiday season, we’re inviting our community to come together to support children and families across Charlotte. 💙

Join us Tuesday, December 16 from 6 to 8 pm at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark. Thompson is proud to partner with The Agency Charlotte and Rico Dowdle for this special event, benefiting children and families served through foster care and community services. We are collecting new, unwrapped toys for children ages 6 to 13 to help create a Christmas experience filled with surprise, dignity, and joy for the families we serve.
