Cumberland County ROSC Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) is dedicated to building a supportive, inclusive community for individuals in recovery and their families.

Our mission is to connect people to resources they need & show that recovery is possible. ROSC (Recovery Oriented System of Care) is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use and mental health disorders. Clark/Cumberland County ROSC is here to provide clear-cut directions to networks of community-based services and supports. Our aim is to collaborate with all sectors of our local community including other helping organizations, health care, education, law enforcement, judicial, local business owners, and person's with lived experience with substance use and mental health disorders. It takes ALL our voices to make change & to show people that Recovery Is Possible! 🧺💜 Free Laundry Day Impact 💜🧺

We are grateful to have served 9 individuals at our recent Free Laundry Day! Together, we completed 17 wash cycles and 22 dryer cycles, helping lighten the load for members of our community.

We also distributed 2 boxes of Narcan, continuing our commitment to harm reduction and saving lives.

A special thank you to Grace United Methodist Church in Neoga for sponsoring this event and making it all possible!

✅ FACT: 7OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) is a compound found in kratom that can produce opioid-like effects in higher doses.

Understanding what substances contain — and how they affect the brain — helps our community make informed decisions.

🚨 Did you know? Research shows that people who start using cannabis at a younger age have a higher risk of developing cannabis use disorder later in life.

In fact, about 3 in 10 people who use cannabis develop cannabis use disorder, and the risk is even higher for those who begin using during adolescence.
