Cumberland County — We Need Your Voice!

📣 New Recovery Education Groups in Cumberland County!

Join Recovery Navigator Kyle Houser every Wednesday from 3:00–4:00 PM at Calvary Tabernacle in Toledo for Cumberland County ROSC Recovery Education Groups.

These groups are a space to learn, connect, and grow in your recovery. 🌱 Topics will be chosen each week based on what participants want to learn more about—so your voice helps shape the conversation.

📍 Location: Calvary Tabernacle, Toledo
🗓 Starts: November 5th
🕒 When: Wednesdays, 3–4 PM, through the rest of 2025

PLEASE NOTE there will not be groups on Wednesday December 24th or Wednesday December 31st

Our next ROSC Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 5:30 PM at Calvary Tabernacle and on Zoom. We welcome all community members, partners, and anyone passionate about strengthening recovery in Cumberland County.

This is a great opportunity to:

🎄💛 Sober Self-Care for the Holidays 💛🎄

The holiday season can bring joy — but it can also bring stress, triggers, busyness, and emotional overload. If you or someone you love is in recovery, remember that taking care of yourself is essential, not optional.

Our East Central Illinois ROSC team put together this helpful guide using the H.A.L.T. tool (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired) plus a few extra wellness tips to help you stay grounded, connected, and supported this holiday season.
