To mark the beginning of Alcohol Awareness Month, we are proud to share a segment highlighting the understanding of alcohol misuse and raising awareness on how to seek help.

Norine Wasielewski and Dr. Smith mention in this episode of TheNine, alcohol is one of the most commonly used substances in the United States, with 228.4 million people ages 12 and older reporting that they drank alcohol at some point in their lives, according to a 2024 National Survey on Drug Use and Health.

Take a minute to watch Norine and Dr. Smith discuss how alcohol can affect your life and how to get the help you deserve.
