March 3rd Full Moon Sound Bath + Yin Yoga at 6pm. This full moon is known as the worm moon, is also a total lunar eclipse blood moon, with the red color caused by the Sun, Earth, and Moon aligning. Signifying a powerful time of transformation, rebirth, and growth. Www.partingclouds.yoga/schedule Her Full Body Sculpt class is designed to sculpt and tone your muscles through a combination of ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, and low-impact movements. You will perform a series of isometric movements and high reps to target specific muscle groups. No dance experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm! Mary Gies is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor also certified in Spin and TRX. She has experience teaching many formats including Circuit, Bootcamp and Strength classes. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1994, working in various pediatric settings, currently a School Nurse. She is passionate about fitness and promoting healthy, active lifestyles across the lifespan, especially as we age. Her goal is to motivate, challenge, and support others while keeping things fun and positive.
