Ever try to listen to your favorite song when the radio’s full of static? You can kind of make it out, but it’s fuzzy, distorted, and frustrating.

Your body works the same way. When stress, misalignment, or injury interferes with your nervous system, the “signal” between your brain and body isn’t as clear as it should be. You may feel it as fatigue, tension, or just being “off.”

A subluxation is altered positioning and alignment within the neurospinal system that can lead to reduced range of motion and overall movement. This can lead to interference and imbalance in the nervous system.
