Temporary Service Adjustments:
• Maxwell MTF Holiday Operating Hours:
o 24 December: 0700-1000
o 25 December: Closed
o 26 December: Closed (AD Virtual Sick Call: 0700-0800)
o 29-31 December: Normal Operations
o 1 January: Closed
o 2 January: Closed (AD Virtual Sick Call: 0700-0800)
• Continuity of care for our patients is important to us. See below for additional options should you require care during MTF closures.

Additional Care Options:
• Urgent Care Centers: You can visit any TRICARE-authorized urgent care facility in your network. Non-active-duty beneficiaries do not need a referral for urgent care.

• Nurse Advice Line: Available 24/7, the Military Health System (MHS) Nurse Advice Line connects you with registered nurses who can assess your symptoms and recommend the best course of action.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Your health and well-being remain our highest priority. The 42d MDG is open, and we continue to schedule appointments.
