A little mid face filler refresh! 💉

A little background about this case- Patient has lost 80lbs in the past year which is incredible! Unfortunately, with significant weight loss sometimes comes with significant volume loss in the face. Luckily we have fillers to correct this!

The nice thing about filler is that it’s instant. She left like this today - sent me the photos a couple hours later once the redness from the injections went down.

This patient is a beautiful soul inside and out, and has the best hair ever! I always tell her I can’t believe that’s your real hair… so gorgeous!!

Thanks to my lovely patient for letting me post. I am so pleased with this result and so is she!!

Used a few syringes of Restylane Lyft for this result!

A YAG laser is a safe and effective non-invasive treatment for periorbital veins, which are prominent veins around the eyes. The laser works by heating the hemoglobin in the veins to cause coagulation, which seals them off, and the body eventually reabsorbs the vein tissue, making it fade from view. This can result in a smoother, clearer appearance with minimal downtime, though multiple sessions may be needed and common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, and discomfort.

This is a picture taken 5 minutes after 1 treatment of the YAG laser. As you can see the results are immediate. Patient is thrilled. Follow up in 1 month.

3 month follow up say what?!???

No makeup, no filter, exact same lighting, I am so pleased with this result ! Wow wow wow wow wow!!!!

I know you all want to know what I did here… I used a combo Sculptra and PDGF for under eyes. The best part about Sculptra is not only the induction of collagen- but that it’s super long lasting. She will get years out of this treatment! So worth it!

I mean how AMAZING and refreshed do her under eyes look? I am so pleased with this result and so is she!!

Crows Feet Botox . Many times patients will tell me before coming to me that their crows feet botox “never works”-🫣

The truth: Most injectors do not inject enough units there. I find myself using anywhere from 14-19 units in this area to get the desired effect.

Dose is everything when it comes to toxin as well as longevity! If you are paying $400 for your entire face you are just NOT getting enough toxin. Sorry y’all but it’s the truth.

So it’s not that your crows feet tox didn’t take… it’s just that your injector did not give you ENOUGH.
