Mrs. Helen O'Neill age 90 of Arlington, KY passed away at 3:50 AM on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah. She was of the Baptist faith and served for forty years plus as a school bus driver for Carlisle County Schools. She was also an avid quilter and gifted many treasured quilts to family and friends. Each unique quilt was crafted with love for the recipient.
She is survived by her two sons, Allen (Rhonda) O'Neill of Hickory, Steve (Jeanna) O'Neill of Milburn, one daughter-in-law, Betty O'Neill of Milburn, one sister, Mildred Wickert of Cunningham, one brother, Charles Mullican of Lone Oak, ten grandchildren - Makayla (Chris) Skinner, Michael (Amber) O'Neill, Melissa (Andrew) Driscoll, Megan (Kevin) Ervin, Mitchell O'Neill, Macy (Johnathan) Rogers, Jared (Serena) O’Neill, Allie Grace (Kai) Reichert, Matt (Tomara) O'Neill, and Rebecca O'Neill-Favela. She also leaves behind several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom O'Neill, parents, Clarence and Iva Mae Hamilton Mullican, and son, Tony O'Neill. Visitation will be at 1:00 PM Sunday at the Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Rev. Ronnie Stinson Sr. and Rev Glen Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Milburn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mitchell O'Neill, Michael O'Neill, Matt O'Neill, Jared O'Neill, Kai Reichert, and Chris Carver.
