They came, they saw, they kicked it’s…shout out to those who ain’t scared of no ghosts and rang in the New Year at the Ghostbusters 2-026 New Year’s Eve Workout. They were participants in the biggest interdimensional cross rip since the Tunguska blast of 1909! Will they be sore tomorrow??? Is the atomic weight of cobalt 58.9? Happy New Year. Stay fit. Just as the magicians came in 3 to witness the humanity changing and saving event of the world…our own magician, John, will bring to us 3 festive workouts to combat the sin of gluttony and save us from the holiday weight gain. Starting on Sat. 12/20 at 10am, come celebrate one of the most iconic characters of all time at the, Super Mario Bros. NES 40th Anniversary Christmas workout ($20 per character). Next up, Friday 12/26 at 10am, work off the Christmas cookies at the Boxing Day workout with special pricing of only $10 per contender. (If you are going to come and have boxing gloves please bring them). And finally, what was will be, what is will be no more, now is the season of working out…get a jump on the new year by coming to the Ghostbusters 2-026 New Year’s Eve Workout on Wed. 12/31, time is TBD maybe 11, 12, or 1, depending on what the majority of people want.

YO ADRIAN, WE DID IT!!! Thanks to those who came out this morning and earned the bird at the “What about my prime, to you, it’s Thanksgiving, but to me it’s just a Thursday Rocky Workout.” As we can see the weather ain’t always sunshine and rainbows, but I pity the fools who stayed home where it was cozy and nice and didn’t go the distance in this 15 round workout. However, my prediction for them later…Pain…

17 members came to the gym….class went down in 62 minutes….You know the thing about these classes, they give you lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eyes. When you’re done, doesn't seem like you’re livin'. Then you roll over and your muscles tighten up and you hear that high pitched screamin’ in pain, feel like you’ve been ripped to pieces. I don’t know how many calories were burned, maybe a thousand. On the 4th circuit we honored the birth, history, and sacrifices of this great nation by carrying the flag…Y'know, that was the time most were frightened…waiting’ their turn to run….most will never do another class again…so 17 people came to the workout, everyone else stayed home, July the 4th, 2025….anyway we delivered a bomb workout. Happy 4th. Farewell and adieu to you fair Spanish ladies….
