Great Scott!!! That class was heavy…Fortunately the only time paradox that was created only destroyed calories and not the universe…Thanks to everyone that came to the Back to the Future 40th Anniversary Halloween Workout…Doc Brown even showed up and we definitely hit 88 miles an hour to get 1.21 gigawatts…everyone else who didn’t show up…you’re a slacker!!! You’re friends in time, Health 360…

Great Scott!!! This is heavy... On Saturday Morning, 10/25, fire up that DeLorean and come to Twin Pines Mall, I mean Health 360, as we get sent Back to the Future! Don’t be a slacker and forget to turn those time circuits on for 10:00am because history is gonna change. Think fourth dimensionally and come celebrate the greatest time traveling movie of all time with the Back to the Future 40th Anniversary Halloween Workout. We won’t need roads or plutonium, but that 1.21 gigawatts of electricity created from the class that you’ll harness will definitely get that heart fluxing. Unless you’re a chicken, the only reason for missing the workout is if you slip off your toilet and hit your head. To those who don’t come to the workout, you can make like a tree and get outta here…and remember if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything….

17 members came to the gym….class went down in 62 minutes….You know the thing about these classes, they give you lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eyes. When you’re done, doesn't seem like you’re livin'. Then you roll over and your muscles tighten up and you hear that high pitched screamin’ in pain, feel like you’ve been ripped to pieces. I don’t know how many calories were burned, maybe a thousand. On the 4th circuit we honored the birth, history, and sacrifices of this great nation by carrying the flag…Y'know, that was the time most were frightened…waiting’ their turn to run….most will never do another class again…so 17 people came to the workout, everyone else stayed home, July the 4th, 2025….anyway we delivered a bomb workout. Happy 4th. Farewell and adieu to you fair Spanish ladies….

Y’all know me. Know how I earn a living. I’ll do this workout for you, but it ain’t gonna be easy. Hard workout. Not like going for a walk or riding a bike. This workout, make you swole. Little shakin’, little tenderizin’, and down the calories go. And we gotta do it quick, that’ll bring your beach body back. But it’s not gonna be pleasant. But you’ve gotta make up your minds. If you want to get in shape to stay alive, then ante up. If you want to play it cheap, stuff your face full of burgers and be lazy all July 4th. I don’t want no volunteers, there’s too much unhealthiness in this world. $20 for me by myself…For that, you’ll workout the head, the tail, the whole damn thing…this 4th of July at 9:00am you’re going to need a bigger boat…and I’m not talkin bout pleasure boatin’ or day sailin’, I’m talkin’ bout workin’, I’m talkin’ bout sharkin!!!, and come join John for a workout celebrating the 50th anniversary of Jaws. Wondering what you should tell the kids? Tell them you’re going fishing…The gym is open and people will have a wonderful time. Health 360 as you know, means “friendship”.

The traditional "eat whatever you want" style of Bulking may not be as useless as the Internet has been saying it is. Needing to "bulk" or not is dependent on your situation and the level of experience you have in the gym. Along with many other genetic factors as well.

Taking the time to find the best direction for yourself, is going to better your long term success in the gym, rather than trying to speed through it.

DAAMMNNNN! For most people, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving and the day before the weekend…But after this Men in Black-Friday workout, the gym will never be the same. It was an out of this world experience that will never be forced out their memories by mysterious men in black. Those were definitely medicine balls and not weather balloons or swamp gas from Venus.
