Join us for our Lung Cancer screening event. Providers will be on site to conduct assessments for qualification. If you are 50 years old or older, have a 20 pack year history of smoking, currently smoke or quit within the last 15 years you can qualify for a low dose screening which are covered by most insurances. Insurance authorization specialists will be on-site to authorize your insurance coverage so you can get this valuable screening the day of the event.
