The Kentucky Moms Matter team knows connection is powerful. They made time to bond, laugh, and have fun at the arcade. KMM supports pregnant and parenting women through connection, care, and prevention-based education. Stronger moms=Stronger families. Let's plan for more joy, support, and strength in 2026.

Staying ni****ne-free means more energy, better focus, and easier breathing for school, sports, or just feeling good day to day. Let the outh in your life know; if staying active matters, staying ni****ne-free matters too.

As the year winds down, take a moment to check in-not just on grades or goals, but on how your child is really feeling. The holidays are a perfect time to reconnect, reflect, and reset. Ask open-ended questions, listen without judgement. Talk about choices, challenges, and what's ahead. Set a shared goal for the new year- whether it's more family dinners, less screen time, or staying substance free together. These conversations matter- and they don't have to end with the calendar year. SAMHSA has a "Talk they Hear you" campaign that empowers parents and caregivers of children under 21 to prevent underage drinking and substance use.
