This summer, I'm heading to Florida to study with Shri Yogi Hari to complete the Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT–200) course. He has taught for more than 60 years, and learning in his tradition is something I’ve dreamed of for a long time.
I was very selective in my process of choosing where to travel and who to learn from. Traveling somewhere else was deeply important to me, to get outside of everything that I know. As I always say, "we grow from discomfort".
The approach during this training will be deeply traditional, full of intention, and rooted in devotion. It’s yoga as a sacred path, not just a physical practice.
I will be out of office from June 3th, 2026 to June 27th, 2026 to complete this training and take time for rest. During this time you can still book for the month of August, and I will reach out to everyone once I've returned. 🙏🏻
Once I’m back, I’ll start teaching regular classes at the Yurt. I’m truly honored to share that I’ll be focusing on Sampoorna Yoga.
Sampoorna means “complete”. It’s a holistic practice that honors every part of yoga. Asana, breath, meditation, mantra, philosophy, and mindful living. There’s no rushing here. The practice is slow, reverent, and deeply intentional.
These classes will be sacred spaces. Gentle, grounding, and nourishing. Focusing on ALL body types, and creating a safe space for everyone.
They’re an invitation to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with your breath, body, and spirit.
If you’ve been longing for yoga that feels devotional, kind, and deeply rooted in tradition, I’d love to practice with you. 🌿
More details to come. I can’t wait to begin this next chapter together.
