During a sound bath, the intention is to quiet the mind and come back to your center. That peaceful place within where stillness lives. 🧘🏻♀️
Meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts… it’s about training your mind to soften them. 💭
If you find yourself thinking about your grocery list, picking up the kids, or paying the bills, that’s okay. You’re human. It’s all part of the process.
The brain is a muscle. Just like you wouldn’t expect to run a marathon on your first jog, you can’t expect total stillness right away. It’s something you build with patience and practice. 🌀
So be gentle with yourself. Every time you show up, breathe deeply, and allow the sounds to wash over you. You’re doing the work.
You are worthy of slowing down.
You are worthy of letting go of the world’s worries.
You are worthy of turning inward.
