Yesterday, our staff had some fun with turkey bowling & it sure was entertaining! Turkeys were given to all our staff & they participated in turkey bowling in hopes of winning the basket with all the fixings to go with their bird. This gave an opportunity for staff to step out of their comfort zone & just have some fun! Chad from our therapy team & Laurie from our dietary team were the only two to bowl strikes. A little extra incentive to participate was homemade treats made by some of our management team.

We had the pleasure of having the youth choir from the Bethany Mennonite Church in Snover sing for us this past weekend. Their beautiful voices could be heard throughout the facility which allowed residents who choose to stay in their rooms to also enjoy their singing

Today we traveled to Turkey and sampled Halva and Turkish Delight, some regional sweet treats. All agreed that they were tasty! Join us in December as we travel to Mexico and wrap up our travels for 2025.

We need your help to recreate this picture below, this is our Christmas tree last year on Christmas morning. We are looking for individuals or businesses that are willing to adopt a resident(s) for Christmas. Our goal is to have 2 gifts for every resident to open on Christmas morning (a commitment of one gift helps tremendously)

Yesterday, we made pinecone turkeys & Betty’s so proud of her work that she asked for her picture to be taken. We missed taken pictures yesterday but all the turkeys looked great

Thank you to the Mayville American Legion Post 181 for joining us today in honoring our veterans & spouses of veterans. Their participation made our celebration extra special by recognizing everyone individually and doing a military gun salute.
